How to sell your clothes on Instagram without losing your mind

Something I’ve noticed recently, perhaps part of the larger trend of how social media has led us to adopt the behaviors of public figures even if we have a very modest following, is that a bunch of girlies I follow have been having “closet sales” on Instagram. This appeals to me for a number of reasons. I love the idea of upcycling clothes instead of having them sit in a landfill. I refuse to figure out how to use Depop and Poshmark as a seller, even though I have used both platforms as a consumer (I don’t want these sites taking a cut of my earnings!). I have followed a number of Instagram clothes reseller pages, like @selltradeplus, for years and had good experiences buying clothes from people there. And it’s nice to have a trusted person you’re buying clothes from.
